What is your shipping policy?
Leslie Berman Inc. offers insured shipping through our website within the United States only. To ensure secure deliveries, we do not currently deliver to post office boxes. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us directly for more information.
We ship all items via UPS and all packages are fully insured during the delivery process. An adult signature is required on all deliveries. Once a package is signed for and delivered, the insurance is no longer valid.
Is shipping complimentary?
For items under $2,500, we charge a flat shipping rate of $75.
For items over $2,500, we are happy to offer complimentary shipping. Please note, sales tax does not count towards item total.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Once your order is received a member of our team will contact you to arrange delivery. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of placing the order. We ship overnight and most packages are delivered before noon.
Do you have an extended Holiday return policy?
Yes. Any item purchased on our website between the dates of December 1, 2022 and December 22, 2022 is eligible for our extended Holiday return policy. You have until January 13, 2023 to request a return.
Does Leslie Berman Inc. offer returns?
Leslie Berman Inc. offers complimentary returns that meet our guidelines within 14 days of the delivery date, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are subject to inspection and approval by the Leslie Berman Inc. team. All custom orders and engraved items are final sale and will be ineligible for a refund or exchange.
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Are there exceptions to the return policy?
All custom orders and engraved items are not returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
How long does the return and exchange process take?
We will process your return or exchange within 5 business days of receiving it. Your item must be unaltered, brand new and unworn. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
What if my item arrives damaged?
While we package our jewelry with the utmost care to prevent damage in transit, accidents sometimes do happen. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Leslie Berman Inc. is located in an elegant Fifth Avenue Boutique. Our private showroom is nestled amongst the biggest and most luxurious names in fashion and jewelry.
Where is our jewelry sourced from?
All our diamonds are guaranteed conflict free and all our gold is ethically sourced.
Can your jewelry be resized?
Our stock size in rings is generally a size 6. Most of our rings can be resized. Wedding bands or guard rings with stones all around may have to be custom ordered depending on finger size. What is the difference between fine jewelry and estate jewelry?
All of our fine jewelry is brand new and designed by us or curated by our team.
Estate jewelry describes pieces that were previously owned and are in good condition. Most of our items come from family members who inherited them or original owners who no longer wear them.
